Guest Reviews & Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The rooms, although not spotless, were nicely taken care of by the staff. They were very spacious and beautifully decorated, making for a comfortable stay. The staff members were friendly, accommodating, and truly focused on ensuring our satisfaction. The hotel's location in West Broadway, Louisville, allowed easy access to downtown attractions, although recent events have affected its appeal. The dining experience at the J Graham Cafe was satisfying, offering delicious meals before continuing our journey. Overall, a good value for the money with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel has potential to be one of the best in the south with some improvements needed. The rooms were just average for the price, but the service was amazing. The location was excellent with easy access to restaurants and activities. The dining experience was always a treat but could offer more variety.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable with a cozy old-world style living room, though I missed having a mini fridge. The service was exceptional, with staff members going out of their way to make me feel welcomed. The location was convenient to various restaurants and entertainment venues. The dining experience was delightful, especially at the English Grille. Overall, a great value for money!
My stay at The Brown was a mixed experience. The rooms, though spacious, were dated and had some issues like a spring sticking out of the bed and inconsistency with housekeeping service. However, the service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who recommended great local spots. The location was ideal for exploring downtown Louisville but a bit of a walk to some attractions. The dining experience was superb but a bit slow at times. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
